Passionate about making people flourish and realize their full potential.
Experienced HR Professional, Executive Coach, Consultant, and Project Leader
Focused on creating an environment of wellbeing and engagement where individuals flourish enabling the business to reach maximum performance.
Since I started my career, I had the privilege to support people in their development and to form high performance teams. Together we created visions to move the company forward and find both customer friendly and pragmatic solutions. I enjoy working with individuals and teams to find ways to overcome hurdles and grow. That was an important aspect in all my roles: As a primary school teacher and headmaster, as a consultant in the insurance industry and later as a project manager in the vocational training department of the Swiss Insurance Association VBV. And it remained an important motivation when I started working in the biotech industry.

Tesaro (3 years)
International Head of HR for TESARO Bio, member of the International Senior Leadership Team, accountable for all HR matters outside the US. Responsible for a team comprising Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Project Lead and HR Operations. Managed the set-up and ongoing activity of HR services across 12 legal entities. The organization grew from 25 employees in 2016 to 200 employees in 2019, launched two drugs, and reached break-even ahead of plan for the European Region.
Core achievements included forming a strong senior leadership team, the creation of a unique culture allowing employees to flourish, hiring new colleagues and building high performing teams.
Other successes created in collaboration with US HR colleagues, were the introduction of global HR tools and processes such as performance management, talent review, development planning, leadership training and other development programs.
Following the acquisition of the company, the focus shifted to change management, transition, and integration.
Amgen (5 years)
HR Director at Amgen Germany in Munich, member of the Country Leadership Team as well as the European HR Leadership Team, leading the local HR Team, and acting as company representative in the works council.
Before the assignment in Germany, HR Business Partner to different functions of the European Business.
Biogen (4 years)
Start in Leadership Development, then transition to leading local HR Operations and eventually growing to become the Site HR Lead for the International Headquarters in Zug.
